PROFILE

Are you the person we are looking for?
You are at least in possession of a bachelor degree.
You have at least a first experience as customer service employee, commercial employee or another relevant, similar function.
You can express yourself fluently. Speaking a good bit of German is definitely an asset!
You can work fluently with an ERP package.
You have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and are PC literate.

Updating professional information and regulations
Archiving and filing of documents
Process and transmit decisions, service notes, contracts, both internally and externally
Drafting and editing letters, reports, notes, etc. Drafting and editing
Organising the movements of the person in charge or team members
Entering documents, handling correspondence and managing e-mail messages
Organising appointments and the schedule of a manager or an employee
Filtering phone calls and visitors
Preparing and organising meetings (invitations, preparing files, reserving rooms, etc.)
