PROFILE
- Are you the person we are looking for?
- You are at least in possession of a bachelor degree.
- You have at least a first experience as customer service employee, commercial employee or another relevant, similar function.
- You can express yourself fluently. Speaking a good bit of German is definitely an asset!
- You can work fluently with an ERP package.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and are PC literate.

- Process and transmit decisions, service notes, contracts, both internally and externally
- Drafting and editing letters, reports, notes, etc. Drafting and editing
- Organising the movements of the person in charge or team members
- Entering documents, handling correspondence and managing e-mail messages
- Organising appointments and the schedule of a manager or an employee
- Filtering phone calls and visitors
- Preparing and organising meetings (invitations, preparing files, reserving rooms, etc.)
